Property Management

This is our full management package. Atlanta Peach Management will advertise the property, collect all applications and process them, conduct the lease signing, complete the walk-through inspection, coordinate the tenant’s maintenance, collect all rent, and conduct all inspections. We will be the complete point of contact for the tenant on the landlord’s behalf.

Tenant Placement

This service assists the landlord by having Atlanta Peach Management handle all advertising, showings, and application screening. We prepare the lease, conduct a walk-through, collect the security deposit, and move the tenant into the property, then turn the tenant over to the owner. The owner then begins the day-to-day management of the property.

Eviction Service

This service includes filing court documents and appearing in court to handle the eviction of your non-paying tenant. You never have to be present for court appearances or file legal documents—we handle these tasks for you. This does not include the county’s filing fees, which must be paid separately to the management company. This service also does not include the Writ procedures or associated fees.
